Career Exploration Camp on the Stuttgart Campus was all about CODING and COMPUTERS today with instructor, Charlotte Purdy. They installed memory and learned about the motherboard and hard drive of a computer.

The highlight of the day was coding the Sphero Bolt and racing them around campus. The competition was fierce!

PCCUA's Associate Degree Nursing Program has been awarded continued accreditation by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)!

The ACEN Board of Commissioners officially awarded continuing accreditation in April 2026, recognizing the program's ongoing commitment to excellence in nursing education.

"This continued accreditation reflects the dedication of our faculty, staff, students, clinical partners, and college administration to providing a high-quality nursing education," said Shanna Pryor, Dean of Allied Health.

During the review process, ACEN also recognized a program strength in student financial support, noting that many nursing students can complete the program without acquiring federal or personal loans due to available scholarship opportunities.

Congratulations to our Nursing faculty, staff, students, and partners on this outstanding achievement!

Day 1 of the Career Exploration Camp was all about HEALTH! Nursing instructor, Kelly Roberts, gave students hands on experience with our “patients” and talked about a variety of health related careers.

And the good news, all patients are doing much better!
