Nevada State University, a four-year public institution, is a member of the Nevada System of Higher Education. Last week, Nevada State University's School of Nursing held its Pinning Ceremony, a meaningful tradition that marks the transition from nursing student to nursing professional. Family, friends, and mentors filled the room to celebrate our newest Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduates as they were pinned and welcomed into the profession.

Congratulations to our Class of 2026 nursing graduates! We are so proud of everything you've accomplished, and we can't wait to see the impact you'll make in healthcare across Nevada and beyond.

NSSA (Nevada State Student Alliance) celebrated the moment with an Open House full of swag, snacks, and pressed flower frame crafting to welcome students back for the semester.
