Looking for colleges on the East Coast that offer more than basic accommodations? Here are some schools to explore:

East Carolina University (NC) – STEPP

Questions I get all the time:

1. Do you offer test prep? Yep

2. Do you help get college paid for? Sure do

3. Why are 4 year grad rates so low? Because students apply to colleges based on feelings instead of academic fit.

4. What is "academic fit"? It's when a student fits into a colleges top 25% mark which highly increases their chances of getting in, getting paid and graduating on time. Not all colleges deliver curriculum at the same pace
(Vanderbilt is not MTSU) so taking 15 credits feels a LOT harder at a college where the top 25% mark is a 35.

5. Do test scores really matter for admission? Not at 95% of colleges, no.

6. Do you offer complimentary consults? Yes!

7. Do colleges look at my students social media? Over 75% of all colleges report looking at a students social media at some point during the application process.

8. Is it true you can appeal an award? Yes BUT there's a sweet spot as to when/how to do it.

9. Why would I need a college planner? College will be the biggest expense you'll ever have in the shortest amount of time. If you hire a plumber to fix your plumbing, or a CPA to help with taxes, a realtor to help purchase a home, then why would you NOT get professional guidance from someone who saves families an average of $80,000 on a 4 year education.

10. When should be begin? Financially, 9th grade; Academically, end of 10th grade.
