Emerging Leaders of Tomorrow Emerging Leaders of Tomorrow (ELT) is a Herndon High School fraternity made in 2012. E.L.T.

(Emerging Leaders of Tomorrow) is a student ran organization/fraternity that is ran by the chairmen of the group. The chairmen are students who have been in ELT for at least a year, they have the best leadership skills of the group. They are willing to put extra and constant effort in leading the group. They also get assistance from a couple of teachers and faculty members to help the chair member

s operate. Emerging Leaders of Tomorrow was formally known as "Men Under Construction" but then changed to it's present name because our Founders Kelly Barr and William Bates decided that we can learn how to be and act as a young man, but we can also learn how to be a positive leader in our community. The group has fundraisers for raising money for the group, we do community service around the area, and most important we try to have weekly meetings to discuss our grades, we talk about what's going on in the world, and we talk about how we can better ourselves for the sake of our community.
