RIBN at Lenoir-Rhyne University Regionally Increasing Baccalaureate Nurses (RIBN) of Hickory gives top academic students an affordable option for earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Are you interested in working in the health care industry? Consider RIBN! RIBN of Hickory is a partnership between Lenoir-Rhyne and five local community colleges that gives top academic students in Catawba and surrounding counties an affordable way to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. For the first three years of the program, students attend a local community college while taking one c

lass a semester at Lenoir-Rhyne University. They then graduate with their Associates Degree in Nursing from the community college. Upon passing the NCLEX, students work as a registered nurse while taking one more year at Lenoir-Rhyne University. After their fourth year, they graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lenoir-Rhyne University. RIBN is an affordable option because students pay primarily community college tuition. For Lenoir-Rhyne University, RIBN students receive the Life Long Learning rate which tends to be cheaper than traditional tuition. Already have college credit?
