🏀 What a weekend!

Our NQSC students wrapped up an unforgettable experience at the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame Enshrinement Weekend in Springfield, Massachusetts!

Throughout the weekend, they worked alongside the Hall of Fame team at events and stations, gaining a rare behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to bring one of basketball’s biggest weekends to life.

They also had the opportunity to meet members of the 2026 Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame Class, including Candace Parker, Doc Rivers, and Amar’e Stoudemire, along with other notable names in basketball, including Jeremy Lin and Austin Rivers.

A special thank you to former Dallas Mavericks CEO, Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame Board of Governors member, and HPU Sports Executive in Residence Cynt Marshall for helping make this incredible opportunity possible. We are equally grateful to the entire Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame team for welcoming our students and giving them such meaningful hands-on experience.

And a huge thank you to Dr. Doug Hall, HPU Vice President for Career and Professional Development, and Dr. Amy Rundio, Chair of Sport Management, for accompanying and supporting our students throughout this incredible experience.

Our students are heading home with new experiences, new connections, and memories that will last well beyond this amazing weekend.
