Today is UV Safety Awareness Day🌞🌞

Wearing sunscreen daily protects your skin from harmful UV rays, reduces the risk of skin cancer, and prevents premature aging. As we hit the height of summer, make sure you protect yourself or find a nice, shady spot every now and then!

Later, the first Professor of Nursing was established, marking the point where Nursing became an academic discipline that required a dedicated faculty member.

Happy Student Nurses Day!

May 8th is when we take a moment to appreciate our student nurses. It's hard work and long hours, but everyone who goes home healthy appreciates all the work you've been putting in!

See if you can guess who's who from when our faculty/staff wore the student scrubs!
