What a FUN way to wrap up our last Aspiring Educators meeting of the semester!! 💛 Thank you so much to everyone who came out and made it such a special meeting. We loved seeing so many new faces join us, reconnecting with familiar ones, and spending one last afternoon together before summer break! ☀️🌸

We definitely brought out the competition with our cotton ball scoop challenge and Pictionary games 😂✏️ There were lots of laughs, chaotic guesses, and some very serious game faces. We also celebrated our graduating students, both college and high school graduates 🎓💐 We are SO proud of all of you and can’t wait to see the amazing things you’ll do in the future classrooms and beyond!

Of course, we had some great food (because what’s a meeting without pizza? 🍕) and our Shirley Temple bar was a huge hit thanks to our lovely parlor boy, Enzo 🍒🥤

We also talked about our Culver’s Night success, and thanks to all of your support, we raised an AMAZING $550!! 💙 Half of those proceeds will be dedicated to helping a school pay off student lunch debts, which is something we are incredibly proud to be a part of.

A very special thank you also goes out to our Spring Semester President, Katelynn 💐 Thank you for all of your hard work, leadership, positivity, and dedication this semester. Everything you’ve done for Aspiring Educators has truly made such a difference, and we appreciate you so much!! 🫶🍎

Thank you again to everyone who attended meetings, volunteered, participated in events, and helped make this semester so memorable. This organization would not be the same without each and every one of you 💛

We also want to wish the BEST of luck to everyone still finishing up finals!! 📚✨ You’re so close to the finish line, keep pushing through, you’ve got this!! We’re sending lots of good energy, confidence, and motivation your way 💪🍎

We hope you all have the BEST summer! Relax, recharge, soak up the sunshine ☀️ and enjoy a well-deserved break. If you’re taking summer classes, we are sending you lots of luck, motivation, and good energy your way 📚✨

For those returning next semester, we can’t wait to see you again on August 28th!! 🍎✏️

Have an amazing summer, everyone!! 💛

Signing off,

Your AE Leadership Team🌼

Aspiring Educators Meeting
3-27-2025
Hi everyone!

I just wanted to send a quick recap of our most recent Aspiring Educators meeting and say how great it was to see so many of you there! 😊

We had a fun, spring-filled meeting — from our Easter-themed Kahoot to our spring breakout (which definitely brought out some competitive spirit!). It was such a great way to connect, share ideas, and just enjoy some time together. Plus, pizza always makes everything better!

We also took some time to look back on our Arnold Culver’s Night — thank you again to everyone who came out and supported. It was a great success, and we truly appreciate it!

Looking ahead, we have a few exciting opportunities coming up:

• Festus Culver’s Night (TBD) – We’re looking for volunteers! This event will take place either Tuesday, April 14th or the 21st (we’ll confirm soon), so keep an eye out for updates if you’d like to help out.

• Trivia Night – April 17th (5:30–9:30 PM) – We need your help defending our championship title! 🏆 This event is sponsored by Student Senate and Multicultural Club and will take place in the Student Center Café. It’s always a fun time!

• Next Meeting – April 10th – Mark your calendars! We can’t wait to see you there.

Also, if you’re interested in representing Aspiring Educators with some gear, we still have:

T-shirts for $13
Crewnecks for $20
Just reach out if you’d like to grab one, we take cash and venmo!

As always, if you have any questions, ideas, or just want to get more involved, don’t hesitate to reach out. We love hearing from you!

Hope you’re all enjoying the spring weather, and we’ll see you soon 🌷

Best,

Your AE Leadership Team
