While a lot of students go home the first long weekend in college, out of state students at Hiram College often don't even have cars. I made my home a home away from home for grilling and backyard games for a handful of Honors students!

And Charlie is an Eclectic Scholar!

Meet Charlie Gullet!
Charlie has worked at the Field Station since Fall 2020. They worked at the front desk at first and now work in Animal Care. Charlie is a junior with majors in Biochemistry and Biomedical Humanities. Charlie’s favorite part of working at the Field Station is the experience they are getting working with a variety of animals. Working at the station has helped Charlie step out of their comfort zone since they were hesitant to care for the animals. Now Charlie loves working in Animal Care.
We love having Charlie work at the Field Station!
