Today, our newest cohort officially began their journey with program orientation! 🌺 As part of the day, students completed their CPR/BLS Certification and Stop the Bleed Certification, building essential emergency preparedness skills for their future careers.

Hawaii Endodontics is currently hiring a Full-Time Floating Dental Assistant to join their team!

📍 Primary Locations: ʻAiea & Kapolei
🚗 Occasional Coverage: Honolulu & Kailua
💰 Starting Pay: $20/hour, depending on experience
🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with alternating Saturdays

✨ Recent graduates are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities include:
🦷 Assisting with endodontic procedures
📸 Taking digital radiographs
🧼 Instrument sterilization and operatory preparation
📋 Patient scheduling and documentation

🎓🦷 Hoʻomaikaʻi to the High School Dental Assisting Class of 2026! 🦷🎓

We are incredibly proud to celebrate our High School Dental Assisting students on earning their Certificate of Competence! 🎉

What makes this accomplishment even more remarkable is that these students completed the program while continuing their high school education and working toward earning their high school diplomas.

Over the past 16 weeks, they demonstrated tremendous dedication by completing rigorous didactic instruction and hands-on laboratory training, while sacrificing their Saturdays to come to school, learn, practice, and strengthen their dental assisting skills.

Their commitment continued beyond the classroom, with each student successfully completing 100 hours of clinical externship experience, allowing them to apply their knowledge and skills in real dental office settings.

🌺 This program would not have been possible without the generous sponsorship and support of the Hawaii Dental Service (HDS) Foundation. Their investment has created an opportunity for Hawaiʻi’s high school students to begin developing valuable skills and exploring careers in oral healthcare while also supporting efforts to address the ongoing dental assisting workforce shortage in Hawaiʻi.
