We are aware that some financial aid notifications, scholarship postings, and student account updates are taking longer than usual this year.

These delays are due to a combination of process changes, system upgrades, and recent federal changes affecting student loans, including revised borrowing limits. These changes required updates to financial aid processing and communications at colleges and universities nationwide.

Our financial aid teams are actively processing awards and posting scholarship information. Students impacted by these delays are expected to receive their financial aid notifications in the coming weeks.

We understand how important this information is to students and their families, and we appreciate their patience as we complete this work. Campus financial aid offices are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and emails, and we appreciate everyone's understanding as staff work to respond to inquiries and assist students as quickly as possible.

No student will be penalized or disadvantaged because of delays in receiving their financial aid notification. Campuses are working with affected students to ensure they have the time and information needed to make enrollment and payment decisions.

Students with questions about their financial aid package, scholarships, or student account are encouraged to contact their campus financial aid office for assistance.
