There is a Friends of the Michigan Tech Library used book sale in the library TODAY from 10 AM to 4 PM. The sale will be on the first floor of the library just past the circulation desk. 📖 All funds raised by the book sale benefit the Van Pelt and Opie Library. We would love to see you there!

Author Hannah Layne will be visiting campus today from 2 PM to 4:00 PM. 📖 Hannah Layne's "Lift Bridge" Series is a love letter to the Keweenaw filled with hockey, small towns, long winters, and romance! This event is free and open to the public. The Michigan Tech Campus Store will be hosting Hannah Layne for a book signing starting at 2 PM. At 3 PM, the Michigan Tech library will be hosting an author reading and Q&A session. We hope to see you there!

The Friends of the Michigan Tech Library are having a used book sale in the library from 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturday, October 3rd. The sale will be on the first floor of the library just past the circulation desk. 📖

Tables and carts will be filled with books on a variety of subjects, such as art, biography, local history and culture, home and self-help, etc. Prices are $2 for hardcover books and $1 for softcover books. 📚

All funds raised by the book sale benefit the Van Pelt and Opie Library.

The Fall Color Scenic Chairlift Rides started at Mont Ripley this weekend! Don't forget to stop by and see the leaves from one of the best viewing spots in the area! 🍁 The rides run on weekends in the month of October, with the last date being 10/25/26.
