We’re incredibly proud to see former HCC Culinary Arts student Chef Felipe Riccio featured as Chef of the Week by Chef’s Pencil.

Today, Felipe is Chef and Partner at MARCH in Houston, where his curiosity, creativity, and deep respect for food, culture, history, and research come together in an extraordinary way.

What makes this feature especially meaningful to us is hearing Felipe talk about the people and experiences that shaped him along the way, including his time as a culinary student at HCC.

Felipe is an incredible artist to the core, and his approach to food reflects something we hope every culinary student takes with them: care deeply about your craft, stay curious, keep learning, and never stop growing.

We couldn’t be more proud to watch where his talent and passion have taken him.

Congratulations, Chef Felipe! 👏🏻
