Your mental health matters. Your peace matters. YOU matter.

Today, Houston Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. joins the global community in recognizing World Mental Health Day and reminding everyone that prioritizing mental wellness is an act of strength, not weakness.

Reflect. Rest. Connect. Move. Ask for Help.

Whether you need a moment of stillness, a listening ear, or professional support, remember that you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

Today, we ask: What do YOU need for your mental health?

Let’s continue to break the stigma, encourage meaningful conversations, and create spaces where seeking support is welcomed.
