Hey, Gators! Now that you’re settling into the semester, our UHD Northwest Gators have a few tips to help you succeed! Your fellow Gators have been where you are, and they’re sharing advice to help you navigate the semester, stay on track, and make the most of your experience at UHD.

Take a look, learn from your peers, and remember - you’re not in this alone.

Vivian encourages students to explore study abroad opportunities. Through a finance elective, she had the opportunity to travel to Europe while earning academic credit - an experience that expanded her education beyond the classroom.
Luther recommends taking advantage of the Career Center and Tutoring Center, emphasizing that these resources can help students grow both academically and professionally.
Marina highlights the importance of planning ahead and prioritizing your schedule to maintain balance and help avoid burnout throughout the semester.
Abid encourages students to map out assignments at the beginning of the
semester and, importantly, remember to add final exams to their calendars!

Let’s make it a great semester, Gators!
