Chapelwood School for Young Children joined us for "The Magic of Read Aloud" to explore fresh books and storytime strategies, while River Oaks Baptist School took a deep dive into "The Project Approach" to bring hands-on classroom projects to life.

This week, School Literacy and Culture visited St. Martin's for two different sessions: “Fostering Literacy and Language Through Play” for infant and toddler teachers, and “Ramps and Pathways” for preschool teachers. We enjoyed the collaborative and driven nature of the educators. It was a joy to see them jump right into sharing ideas and thinking outside the box for classroom implementation.

Investing in our teachers means investing in our students' success. 🍎 Teachers from across the Houston-Galveston area recently gathered for workshops on The Magic of Read Aloud and Name Curriculum, where they explored practical ways to leverage student names for skill-building throughout the classroom space.
