WCW, But make it Big Sis/Little Sis 〽️❤️🌊

This year, our Big Sis and Little Sis pairings were chosen intentionally. Each Little was matched with someone who could relate to parts of her journey, offer guidance, and help her grow through areas they may have once had to work through themselves.

To make the reveal fun, each Big Sis bought her Little a gift and got the exact same one for herself. The Littles came into the room with their eyes closed, and on three, everyone turned around to find their matching gift and their Big Sis. 🥹

It was such a sweet moment watching the excitement, the reactions, and these relationships begin to form. More than anything, we hope these pairings create another layer of support, accountability, sisterhood, and someone each girl can lean on throughout the year.

Still smiling from our First Motion Shower. 〽️🤍🌊

There was something so special about seeing so many different eras of Motion, both new and old, come together for one purpose, to pour into the young women carrying the legacy forward.

From cases of water and Gatorade, hydration packs and injury prevention items, to Ulta gift cards, mental health journals, garment bags, makeup bags and so much more, every single contribution meant something. More than the items, it was the love, presence, stories, and support that made the day so special.

We truly hope to make this a yearly tradition the weekend before our first game, giving alumni and current Motion a chance to connect, bridge generations, and remind our ladies that they are never walking into a season alone.

To every alumna who showed up, gave, encouraged, or supported from afar, thank you for pouring back into Motion. 🤍 TSU Motion Alumnae 🌊
