Day 3 of HCU All-State Camp is a wrap! Day 4 is here!

Today we are highlighting our amazing sections! These students have been working hard all week, learning challenging All-State music as they prepare for auditions this fall.

Campers began the morning mixed rehearsal with a vocal warm-up led by Dr. Klotz, focusing on healthy technique, listening, and ensemble sound before diving into the day's music.

What a great day yesterday of learning and making music together!

Dr. Kevin Klotz kicked things off in Dunham Theater before students headed to sectionals, where our outstanding clinicians are helping each section learn the notes, build confidence, and prepare for an incredible week of music.

There's a lot of hard work happening—and a lot of fun, too. We love seeing these talented students grow with every rehearsal! Looking forward to Day 2!

HCU's Director of Choral Activities, Dr. Kevin Klotz, will be honored in a concert celebrating his tenth anniversary as Artistic Director of the Houston Choral Society! The performance will be held at St. Laurence Catholic Church in Sugar Land this Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
