What an incredible time at the ICF Houston Central Coach Café! ☕💙

The CoachRICE team loved connecting with coaches from across the Houston area, including some familiar faces from our CoachRICE: Level 1 alumni community!

It was a wonderful opportunity to hear directly from coaches about their experiences, the challenges they're navigating, and their evolving needs as the coaching industry continues to grow and change.

These conversations are invaluable as we continue to develop coach education and training programs that support coaches at every stage of their professional journey.

Leader development doesn't end at graduation. Its impact can last for years! 🦉💙
The Doerr Institute's Alumni Study followed Rice alumni 7–9 years after graduation and found that alumni who participated in Doerr programs were more likely to:
🌟 Mentor more colleagues
🌟 Supervise more people
🌟 Hold leadership roles within their organizations

These findings highlight the lasting value of investing in leadership development during college.
