**We on the move and in the community! 💜**

The ETA Texas Chapter of Delta Gamma Delta Sorority will be volunteering at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore – South Loop location right here in Houston.

We’ll be assisting with unloading donations, organizing inventory, pricing items, and merchandising goods from the ReStore vehicles. Just another way we’re showing up and giving back to the communities that support us.

The incredible women of Delta Gamma Delta Sorority Inc. – ETA TX are coming together to serve lunch at the Star of Hope Women and Children Shelter, pouring compassion, dignity, and care into every plate and every smile.

This past Thursday, the ETA Texas Chapter of Delta Gamma Delta Sorority, Inc. proudly served alongside the Houston Food Bank to support the amazing senior population in the Southpark/Sunnyside community. With warm hearts, helping hands, and genuine compassion, we were honored to provide nourishment, connection, and encouragement to those who have given so much to our community.

A special acknowledgment to Soror Porsha, whose unwavering commitment to servant leadership and community impact continues to shine. Her passion for uplifting others reflects the true meaning of sisterhood, purpose, and legacy in motion.

Experiences like this remind us that when service and sisterhood unite, hope is strengthened, lives are touched, and communities grow stronger together.

We remain dedicated to showing up, giving back, and pouring into our community—because service isn’t just what we do… it’s who we are. 💜

Unfortunately, our senior serving activity scheduled for today was canceled by either the Multipurpose Center or the Houston Food Bank. While we are disappointed, the need in our community never takes a day off—and neither do we.

We will still be showing up to serve at the same location on Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM.

Service is not about convenience… it’s about commitment. And Delta Gamma Delta Sorority Inc. – ETA TX remains committed to caring for our community with love, compassion, and purpose. 💜

The Eta TX Chapter of Delta Gamma Delta is proud to volunteer at the Biles International Invitational in Houston on January 24, 2025. Service isn’t just something we do—it’s who we are. Delta Gamma Delta stands firmly on uplifting and supporting our communities, and Eta TX is leading by example.

The Biles International Invitational is a premier youth gymnastics competition founded by Olympic Champion Simone Biles, designed to showcase elite talent from across the country while promoting discipline, confidence, sportsmanship, and excellence in young athletes. This event not only highlights athletic achievement but also inspires the next generation to dream big and aim higher.

We are honored to serve at an event that celebrates youth empowerment, excellence, and community impact—values that align perfectly with our mission.
