🎓 25,252 college admission offers. More than $1.27 BILLION in scholarship opportunities. And a brighter future for Michigan students!

Cleary University is proud to be one of 26 Michigan colleges and universities participating in MI College Match, an innovative initiative making higher education more accessible and affordable.

The program is already making a remarkable impact:

🎓 25,252 college admission offers extended to Michigan students
💰 $1.274 billion in scholarship opportunities made available
📚 14 college offers per student, on average
🏫 350+ Michigan high schools connected through College Bound Michigan

MI College Match is changing the traditional admissions process by connecting students directly with colleges that recognize their potential — helping remove barriers and open doors to higher education.

At Cleary, we believe every student deserves the opportunity to pursue a meaningful education and a successful future. We're excited to be part of an initiative helping more Michigan students take that next step!

🐾 A little glimpse into college life!

Thank you to the students from Howell's Highlander Way Middle School for spending the day with us at Cleary University! 🎓

Students toured campus, met Clancy the Cougar, explored the Arthur Secunda Museum and enjoyed lunch at Clancy's Café — all while getting a taste of what college life is like!

Our Clancy Days continue throughout the year as we welcome middle school students from across Howell to experience life as a Cleary Cougar! 🧡🖤

🎨✨ What a creative night at the museum!

Our Night at the Museum, co-hosted with Howell Carnegie Library, was a wonderful success! Guests gathered at Cleary University's Arthur Secunda Museum for an evening of art, exploration and connection.

From torn paper collages and printmaking to squeegee painting and miniature watercolors, creativity was everywhere! Guests also enjoyed guided museum tours, a scavenger hunt and the opportunity to discover the inspiring work of Arthur Secunda.

A big thank you to the Howell Carnegie District Library and everyone who joined us for this special evening. We love bringing our community together through art!

🐾 Welcome to the team, Karen Howatt!

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Karen Howatt, Cleary University’s new Dean of Nursing!

Karen brings extensive experience in both nursing education and patient care, including 14 years at Siena Heights University and 15 years as a registered nurse with the University of Michigan Health System. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and has served in nursing education as a professor, program director and assistant dean.

A Dexter resident, Karen enjoys spending time with family, trips to the beach and games. And here’s something you won’t find on her résumé: she was a competitive figure skater who competed at the national level in precision skating, now known as synchronized skating! ⛸️

We’re excited to have Karen’s experience and leadership at Cleary as we continue exploring the future of nursing education at the university.

Welcome to the Cougar family, Karen! 🐾
