Last week, Columbia-Greene Community College proudly celebrated the Nursing Pinning Ceremony—a joyful and meaningful rite of passage in the nursing profession that dates back more than 150 years. This long-standing tradition symbolizes the transition from student to nurse and honors the compassion, dedication, and hard work it takes to reach this moment.

What makes this especially meaningful is that many of these graduates will go on to care for and serve the communities we call home. Congratulations to the Class of 2026!
