What an incredible day at our Spring Stride 5K!

The Exercise Science Club is beyond grateful
for everyone who made this event such a success! A HUGE thank you to all our amazing volunteers, dedicated runners, and generous sponsors. Your support, energy, and enthusiasm brought this event to life! 🏃‍♀️🌷💕

In preparation for the 2026 Spring Stride on Saturday, March 26, we have a few key details to share!

📍Address: Barboursville Park, Co Rd 31/6, Barboursville, WV 25504

🏠 Shelter 9 is where we will meet!

🚗 Parking is available by Lake William, adjacent to Shelter 9

🏁 Race begins at 9 am
