Here at the Bonneville County Extension Office, we get quite a few calls regarding home soil testing. Although, we do not provide that service here, we are happy to refer those interested to the Utah State University Analytical Laboratories web site. They offer soil testing services along with easy instructions and cost information. If interested, please go online to usual.usu.edu

As much as we LOVE surrounding ourselves at the Bonneville County Extension Office with all of the AMAZING creations our Bonneville County 4-H Kids did - we need it gone! Parents, Grandparents and 4-H Leaders, PLEASE STOP BY OUR OFFICE AND PICK UP THESE PROJECTS BY THE END OF NEXT WEEK (9/25)! Our office has been receiving calls from Bonneville County residents saying they have been told by a company going around the community and telling them they have Japanese Beetles and they should have them sprayed by them for a cost. At the Bonneville County Extension Office, we have received no word or verification that there are any Japanese Beetle outbreaks anywhere north of Pocatello so far. If you think you may have an issue with Japanese Beetles or are not sure, please take a picture of the insect and bring it to our office or email the picture to our County Agent at: [email protected]. (See picture for reference).

A beautiful (used) denim quilt was dropped off by a woman at the north-end of the parking lot (just put on the ground) on Monday, August 17th (along with some food & drink).
