245 years ago today, on July 4, 1781, Scotland's national bard was initiated as an Entered Apprentice into Lodge St. David, Tarbolton.Brother Robert Burns lived his life by the core Masonic values of equality, virtue, and universal brotherhood—ideals that jumps off the page in his timeless poetry. From "A Man’s a Man for a’ That" to the worldwide anthem "Auld Lang Syne," his words still unite us today.

Twenty-eight years ago today, Randy Seipel was raised a Master Mason at Temple Lodge No. 47 in Greencastle, Indiana.

Today he is Most Worshipful Grand Master of Masons in Indiana — and an Active Member of the Supreme Council, Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction (AASR, NMJ).

Few brothers have worn both titles in the same year. Congratulations, M.W.B. Seipel, on 28 years at labor.

Since the tragic events of September 11, 2001, Tunnel to Towers has honored our nation’s heroes by:
• Providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star families
• Supporting families of fallen first responders with young children
• Building specially adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders
• Working to eliminate veteran homelessness
In recognition of the 25th anniversary of 9/11, a united effort is underway to make a meaningful contribution to this mission.
