Yesterday was the first day of orientation for our new MOT/OTD Choice ‘29 cohort! Scroll along to see what activities we got up to as we welcome these new Greyhounds home!

Students participated in an OT Olympics relay race which featured button hooking, donning pants, using a sock aid, putting on a gait belt, and wheelchair racing!

Then UIndy KSPT joined up with us and completed their True Colors assessments. This helps students learn more about their own personality types as well as how to communicate with those of a differing ones!

It was a great first day and we loved having our new students on campus! Go Hounds!

Hi friends! We are trying something new this year for our students to learn about working with children. We would love to have your typically developing (or near-typically developing kids) come in and join us for a lab. We're looking for kids ages 3-13 on Wednesday, October 7 and/or Wednesday, October 14 anytime between 8am-1pm. We purposely aimed for school fall breaks so that if you need to get those kids out of the house — we'll take them! If you're interested in having your child come join us, you can email Alison at [email protected] or Olya at [email protected].
