The DPT 2028 cohort just finished up the first half of their 8 week semester! Take a look at what the 2nd Years have been up to learning about wound care & PT treatments with Dr. Kristin Bojrab!

Thank you to our guest speakers throughout these first 4 weeks! Troy Hill, from Integra LifeSciences, demonstrated a total contact cast! Dr. Kevin Herald, PT, taught about wound debridement interventions! And Morgan Booher, RN, with Solventum, demonstrated Negative Pressure wound therapy! Thank you again for joining us & enhancing our learning!

Dr. Kristin Bojrab and DPT 2027 students Abby Screen and Cole Chandler presented a poster on their research entitled: “Bridging the Gap: Recommended Preventative Screenings Versus Clinical Practice in Patients with Diabetic Foot Ulcers” at the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy Heal Conference in Louisville, KY on September 14th!

We are so proud of our students! Keep up the great work!

Happy 1st day of classes! Here are your DPT Gross Anatomy Graduate Assistants from the DPT 2028 cohort! You will find these graduate assistants in the lab, the Surface Anatomy course, & hosting open labs through the first 8 weeks of this semester! Feel free to reach out with questions via email!

You’ll see them around the Health Pavilion working with faculty, helping out classes, and assisting first-year DPT students and both PTA cohorts in class and with check-offs!
