Advising began yesterday, which means it’s time to start preparing for Spring 2027 registration!

Before registration opens, make sure any holds on your student account have been resolved and removed to help prevent registration delays. You can view your holds in Navigate 360, so take a few minutes to check your account and address any outstanding items.

🚨 Attention, Bulldogs! 🐾

Today, we placed Accept Financial Responsibility (AFR) holds on students' accounts. Butler University requires all students to complete the AFR process each semester before enrolling in classes.

The AFR agreement confirms your commitment to pay all expenses incurred at Butler, including any penalties resulting from past-due payments.

Here’s how to clear your hold:

Log in to my.butler.edu and select PS Campus Solutions → Student Center.

Under Tasks, select Butler Accept Financial Responsibility.

Review the statement carefully and click Next.

Read the agreement, check Accept Terms and Conditions, and select Save.

Click Next, then Finish to complete the process.

Take a few minutes to complete your AFR agreement before enrollment, Bulldogs! 💙🐾

Your billing statement is due today, September 1. Take a moment to log in to your account and make sure your balance is paid or that you have a plan in place.

💳 Need a little more flexibility? Today is also the LAST DAY to enroll in the 3-month Monthly Payment Plan! A $25 non-refundable participation fee and your first payment are due at the time of enrollment.

💰 Getting a refund? Here’s what you need to know!

If you have a credit balance on your Butler student account, you may be eligible for a refund. Before requesting one, make sure your account is cleared and the credit balance is available when we review your request.

Want your refund faster? Enroll in Direct Deposit through my.butler.edu to have eligible refunds deposited directly into your bank account. It’s convenient, secure, and saves you the wait for a mailed check.

📅 Fall 2026 reminder: The initial refund request deadline is September 1, with refunds scheduled to be released on September 10. After the initial deadline, refund requests are generally processed weekly while classes are in session—submit by Tuesday evening for Friday processing, as long as your account is eligible.
