The 2026 Summer Leadership Series starts tomorrow!

From Tuesday to Thursday this week, undergraduate brothers — especially chapter officers and chairs — are invited to join the International Office for three evenings of practical, role-specific training designed to set your chapter up for a strong fall.

A few sessions worth circling (all times Eastern):

Recruitment 101 — Wednesday, 5pm
Officers Academy: Getting Your Chapter from GOOD to GREAT — Wednesday, 7pm
A Mighty Friendship: New Member Education Best Practices — Thursday, 6pm
Ritual and Traditions — Thursday, 7pm

Plus sessions on welcoming alumni back, planning philanthropy and service events, your chapter's brand, and Psi U Cares.

Sessions run at 5, 6, and 7pm ET each night, and each one has specific officers and chairs invited so the content actually fits your role. One hour of your week can help save your chapter a semester of guesswork!

Full schedule, descriptions, and Zoom links can be found here: https://psiu.org/announcing-the-2026-summer-leadership-series/

College can be overwhelming, but a friendly face makes all the difference!

As Psi Upsilon brothers—alumni and undergraduates—you can help incoming students find community before they even unpack.

How to help:

Recommend a potential member: Visit https://psiu.org/alumni/recommend-a-psiu/ and share the name and contact info of any student headed to campus who would make a good Psi U.

We’ll follow up: Chapter leadership will connect, welcome, and follow through.
Share this post and tag fellow brothers—every recommendation brings us one step closer to welcoming the right men into Psi U.

The Diamond Award honors chapters that distinguish themselves by exceeding Psi Upsilon's chapter standards and demonstrating an exceptional devotion to our values.

Eta Chapter — Lehigh University
Quite frankly, the most comprehensively excellent chapter of this year. The Eta chapter excelled simultaneously across academics, service, recruitment, brotherhood, alumni engagement, and member wellness — and did it at scale, with 64 active members. It stands as another example of what's possible when a chapter and its alumni association work in true partnership.

Congratulations to the brothers of Eta!

The Award of Distinction recognizes a project, service, program, activity, or accomplishment carried out during the year that merits special recognition. This year, two chapters earned it:

Psi (Hamilton College) — for its clinically facilitated, alumni-funded Greek Society Speaker Series on mental health and addiction.

Xi (Wesleyan University) — for a multi-million-dollar chapter house restoration campaign and the digitization of its archives.
