Some moments are bigger than wrestling. ❤️

Last week, we had the opportunity to celebrate Zane and Emma as they began this next chapter together, and we couldn’t be happier for them!

Both of them have become such an important part of Simpson Women’s Wrestling—not simply because of what they bring to the room as coaches, but because of who they are as people. They care deeply about our athletes, have a strong grounding in their faith, believe in what we are building, and pour an incredible amount of time, energy, and heart into this program.

As a head coach, you hope to surround your athletes with people who will make them better wrestlers, but more importantly, better people. Zane and Emma are exactly those kinds of coaches. Our program is better because of them, and I am incredibly thankful to have them alongside me as we continue building something special at Simpson.

Watching two people we care so much about find that same kind of partnership in each other made their wedding even more special.

Congratulations, Zane and Emma! We are incredibly happy for you both and grateful that you are not only part of our coaching staff, but part of the Simpson Wrestling family.

Here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter, adventure, and always being in each other’s corner. ❤️💛

The 2026 recruiting class features six athletes ranked in the top 15 nationally, a Fargo/Junior National Finalist, a USA Wrestling and NHSCA National Champion, multiple USA Wrestling All-Americans, and 35 State Championships. It’s an incredible honor to coach this talented group of young women as they represent the United States on the world’s biggest stage. Their commitment, resilience, and work ethic have been inspiring every step of the way.
