This is your reminder that taking care of yourself is part of preparing—not something you earn after everything is done.

The Red Watch Band Program teaches students how to recognize the signs of alcohol overdose, respond with confidence, and “make the call” when it matters most. You’ll leave trained in CPR/AED, bystander intervention, and naloxone (Narcan) administration—real skills that can help save a life.

This isn’t just a training. It’s learning how to look out for your friends, your community, and yourself.
