The Queer Liberation Front is a student-run organization that strives to provide a safe space for all members of the university community to explore aspects of sexual orientation and gender identity/expression in a welcome and accepting atmosphere, regardless of race/ethnicity, age, orientation, or background. Spectrum UI is committed to providing information and education that enhances the educat
ional experience and overall quality of student life on the University of Iowa campus. Spectrum UI is working to promote advocacy, support, visibility, and diversity through events, education, and activism. In pursuing this mission, Spectrum UI strives to promote full inclusion of LGBT+ persons and their allies at the University of Iowa and to eliminate homophobia, heterosexism, transphobia, and sexism on our campus.
