Hey Anteaters!

Do you have questions about how to declare the major you want, or how to switch your major? Want to know how long it will take? Have questions about the Change of Major requirements? This is the workshop for you!

In this workshop, an academic advisor from Undergraduate/Undeclared will go over the Change of Major requirements, show you how to read them, and answer your questions about declaring or switching majors. We will also discuss strategies for applying to competitive programs such as Business Admin, Nursing Science, Mechanical engineering, or Aerospace engineering.

Open to all majors!

Offered on the following dates (WEEK 4):
Monday, Oct 19th @ 1pm-1:50pm
Thurs, Oct 22nd @ 11am-11:50am

Can’t make it? We will be recording the session on Oct. 22nd. Please check back during Week 5 for a recording link!

Both workshops will be in the U/U Advising classroom, UEA 101 (231 Pereira Dr).

Don't forget that today, Oct 9th at 5pm, is the final add/drop/change deadline for Fall 2026. ⚠️ Take note that the cutoff time is 5pm, not midnight!

To be considered a full-time student, you must be enrolled in 12 units (not including waitlist).

➡ Students in UCI Housing, students on financial aid, students playing for UCI Athletics, and students on F-1/J-1 visas MUST be enrolled in 12 units. Students on F-1/J-1 visas must also be enrolled in at least 8 units of in-person classes.

We invite students, staff, and faculty to join us to tour our spaces, meet our staff, and learn about the programs and services we offer to support UCI students.

💛 Drop-In appointments are in-person and 15 minutes long. Drop-ins can only be scheduled day-of by visiting the UU office during the above times, on a first come, first served basis.
