Living in Homestay is an excellent way to experience life with an American family. Several different homestay organizations offer living arrangements in Orange County, near UC Irvine DCE. Homestay housing arrangements are not one-size-fits-all. Choices include having your own room or sharing a room with another student; and choosing to eat some or all of your meals with your host family, or taking care of all of your own meals. Prices vary by company and services provided. If you are interested in homestay, directly contact one of the companies. The University of California, Irvine, University DCE, and International Programs are not affiliated in any way, and we are not endorsing any homestay agencies recommended. These details are provided for informational purposes only. Please note that you will need to apply directly to a homestay program in order to arrange an accommodation; the Housing Office is unable to complete an application on your behalf. We encourage all students to fully research each homestay to find the best fit for their expectations. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding homestay, please contact each organization individually. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us anytime.
