🌎 Cornell Systems Engineering research takes the national stage!
Cornell Systems Engineering faculty members Tim Fraser and Haiyan Deng delivered the closing keynote at the National Society of Professional Engineers Annual Conference 2026, joining Gina Park, Ph.D. ’24, for a conversation on the environmental impacts of New York City’s congestion pricing program.
🏙️ Building on their landmark research, the team discussed findings showing an average 22% reduction in daily maximum PM2.5 concentrations attributable to the policy during its initial evaluation period—and what those results could mean for other U.S. cities considering similar approaches.
