A Vice President in the Capital Program Department (CAP) oversees and directs the activities of Project Managers in the department, and reports directly to Senior Vice Presidents of CAP. This position is responsible for management and oversight of Engineers, Architects, Landscape Architects, Planners, consultants, contractors, construction managers, and Project Support Staff in the ex*****on of all aspects of design and construction for a variety of projects in New York City. Project types include hospitals and health facilities, waterfront development, buildings - new construction and renovation, major infrastructure development, and public open spaces.

The Vice President will be responsible for the supervision and implementation of a portfolio of approximately 7-12 active capital projects with a total project value of approximately $500 million.

A Senior Project Manager (SPM) in the Capital Program Department (CAP) manages all aspects of design and construction of a variety of projects in New York City. Project types include waterfront development, buildings - new construction & renovation, major infrastructure and public open spaces.

The SPM will be responsible for the implementation of a portfolio of approximately 6-10 active capital projects with a total project value of approximately $100 million+.

We want to hear about your (or your fellow alumni's) recent projects, articles, exhibitions, awards, etc.
