The Yang-Tan Institute research team within Cornell University ILR School conducted multiple studies and identified supportive practices for autistic individuals to achieve the best outcome in employment and other life experiences. Read more:

To reduce the challenges of job searching, autistic applicants should rehearse socially appropriate responses and practice answering interview questions about teamwork with examples from previous experiences.
