We are incredibly proud of you and the hard work you’ve put in throughout this experience. Through CODE, our students have had the opportunity to gain valuable real-world experience by working in private practices and applying their knowledge beyond the classroom. PLEASE READ the following things to note about DMW 2027:
The School of Dentistry (SOD) will host the 11th annual Dental Mission Week from February 2nd thru February 4, 2027 in conjunction with Give Kids a Smile on February 5, 2027.
The School of Dentistry is seeking candidates for free dental treatment. We are accepting applications for appointments to provide free dental treatment to underserved, uninsured and vulnerable adults and minor children. If selected for treatment, the School of Dentistry will contact you to schedule an appointment. Pediatric patients are welcome. Current SOD patients are not eligible if there is a conflict with their treatment plan in progress or if they owe a balance. These patients will need to contact their dental provider to arrange for participation. Please complete the application, include a working phone number and be sure to sign where indicated. Please list medications you are taking and chief dental needs.
đźš« Dentures are not a part of the services offered during DMW
đźš« The School of Dentistry will not accept faxed or emailed applications.
đźš« The School of Dentistry will not mail out applications.
đźš« You will be contacted by the School of Dentistry if you are selected for service. Due to the anticipated volume of applications, please allow us ample time to process applications and make selections.

Cleanings
Extractions
Fillings
Oral Hygiene Education
Oral Cancer Screening
Root Canals (Front Teeth Only)
