Hey everyone! Get your game faces on for our annual Black LGBTQIA+ Jeopardy game 🫶🏾on Thursday February 12th from 6-8 pm in the Moran Center hosted by BSU and GSA ✊🏾🌈. You will be able to get your teams together to play a fun game of jeopardy on all things Black LGBTQIA history! Hey BSU 👋🏾. During this Black History Month, we would like to give back to the community that gives so much to us 🫂! Please help us give back to the local Arlington community by donating personal care/hygiene 🪥 🧴items to give out to members of our community who are unhoused right now. Our donation box 📦 will be placed at the R.I.S.E center on the 3rd floor of the Davis Student Commons (above Chick-Fil-A). We will be accepting donations all month long, so please be sure to donate if you can before the February 27th deadline ✅. The Jacksonville University Black Student Union cordially invites 💌 you to our fourth annual gala: BSU Prom Night Gala ⭐️ on Friday February 27th, 2026 from 6:00-8:30pm in the Moran Center! This is a formal event, and as such NO casual attire is allowed (ex. jeans, hoodies, and sweats). We will have great food 🍽️, amazing live performances 🎤, and awards 🏆 honoring students and organizations across campus!!

Doors open at 6:00 pm and will close at 6:30 pm sharp, and a form of I.D. will be required to verify your name, so please arrive early for quick check-in!

TICKETING INFORMATION:
Student Tickets: $10
Faculty/Community Tickets: $15

The BSU executive board had an AMAZING time spending five hours volunteering at the Tree Hill Nature Center this lovely morning 🙌🏾🌿. It is always so much fun finding amazing preserves like these in our very own back yard, and we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to serve our community in such an engaging and fun manner 💚. We can’t wait to go back for more!

Please make sure to check out the Tree Hill Nature Center if you have not already! It is only a 10 minute drive from JU, and it is SO worth checking out 🫶🏾.

Howdy BSU 🤠!!! Grab your cowboy hats and get ready to put those boots on the ground for the BSU x NPHC Back to School Trailride 🐎🙌🏾 THIS Friday, August 22nd, from 6:30-8:30 pm in the Valley! We’re fixin’ to have great food 🍔, dazzlin line dancing 💃🏾, and a live DJ 🎧 so be sure to learn the dances listed on the last slide so you can show us your smoothest moves 🕺🏾.
