This past Thursday, we officially welcomed our newest Master of Public Health (MPH) cohort during orientation! πŸŽ‰

Students had the opportunity to learn more about the program, connect with faculty and peers, and begin envisioning their journey over the next two years.

One of the highlights of the day was hearing students reflect on why they chose the MPH program and what they hope to gain from the experience. From advancing strengthening research and leadership skills to making a lasting impact in communities, their goals and aspirations were truly inspiring.

We are excited to support this new cohort as they embark on their MPH journey and work toward becoming the next generation of public health leaders. πŸŒŽπŸ’™

A partnership worth celebrating. πŸŽ‰

UNF Silverfield College of Education and Human Services and River City Science Academy came together to build something that doesn't happen often enough β€” a graduate certificate program designed around teachers, not just for them. Educators completed the program as a cohort, supporting one another while directly applying new literacy strategies in their classrooms.

The results show up in the small moments: a struggling reader finally making sense of words, a classroom library transformed into a tool for real motivation, a teacher moving from a good idea to purposeful action.

This is UNF showing up for our community β€” one classroom, one teacher, one student at a time.
