need to see a schedule for fall am looking for a water fitness class
The staff is so polite. I did one session with a personal trainer to show me how to use the machines. Dustin was very professional and helpful. The gym is top-notch and very clean. I love it!
I am an alumni and wanted to know what it will cost to join. How much to bring a guest sometime.
Are you offering any water aerobic classes?
When will you get a set up bench? I have talked to multiple staff members and no one can point me to one or tell me when you'll get one. You have a Jacob's ladder machine and 2 $4000 assault treadmills, but no place for me to lock my feet and do a natural sit up.
BUTI YOGA 4:45 today!!! Meet in Group Fitness room!! No Yoga experience required :)
