Congratulations to the inaugural clinical group in the newest partnership between the UNF School of Nursing and Mayo Clinic! Twelve senior nursing students have been selected to participate in the Mayo Dedicated Education Unit (DEU) for their Senior Nurse Practicum.

After completing orientation, these future nurses are ready to soar as they begin this exciting clinical experience. We can't wait to see the impact they make! 💙🩺

As we welcome the start of a new semester, we also bid farewell to Dr. Debra Harrison, who retired this summer from the UNF School of Nursing. While her time with us may have been short, the impact she made was lasting. Her commitment, expertise, and support enriched our community in meaningful ways. We thank Dr. Harrison for all she has done and wish her happiness and success in her next adventure.

She earned her nursing degree here. Now she's leading the program that shaped her career.

Brooks College of Health is proud to welcome Lindsay Wolf, DNP, as director of the University of North Florida School of Nursing and chief nurse administrator. A 2007 UNF nursing alumna, Wolf returns home after 20 years in nursing practice and academia, most recently serving as associate dean of nursing and chief nurse administrator at Jacksonville University.

"What excites me most is the opportunity to lead the very school that shaped my career, ensuring that future UNF nursing graduates have the same life-changing impact on our community that this program had on me," Wolf said.
