This , we'd like you to meet Linda Berry Stein College of Fine Arts at Jacksonville University alumna Ericka Squire MFA '16. Squire created and manages a creative platform called Art Shift through the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County. Art Shift inaugurated in August of 2019, and was able to continue in 2020 through virtual performances by way of YouTube Live. Art Shift is an initiative to give local, emerging-seasoned artists a platform to present their choreographic work as well as give Cultural Council members and the community a chance to witness local dance/movement artists and new styles of dance.

Phins Up to this Dolphin who continues to be trailblazer in her field, bringing the Fine Arts to her community, through whatever 2020 has thrown her way. Her advice? "It is important to keep all things in perspective as life happenings occur... honor them, honor where you are and what's happening around you and don't be so hard on yourself." 🐬
