On Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 8am – 1 pm, the University of Florida IFAS Extension and the West Florida Research and Education Center will be hosting the 2019 Extension Farm Field Day at the West Florida Research and Education Center located at 4253 Experiment Road, Hwy 182, Jay, FL 32565.

On Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 8am – 1 pm, the University of Florida IFAS Extension and the West Florida Research and Education Center will be hosting the 2019 Extension Farm Field Day at the West Florida Research and Education Center located at 4253 Experiment Road, Hwy 182, Jay, FL 32565. The purpose of this meeting is to help growers understand some of the positive impacts, as well as the challenges of modifying agricultural practices to make row crop production more diverse and efficient. We will discuss some of the benefits and limitations of current production practices and of agricultural technologies that might be used in the near future in the Panhandle.
