We offer challenging curricula in degree programs designed to develop strong leaders in both the public and private sector. We live in an interconnected world no longer bound by geographical constraints and we reflect that change by offering online delivery in three concentrations, Admini

strative Endorsement, School Leadership, and Postsecondary and Private Sector Leadership and three degrees, Master's, Educational Specialist, and Doctorate. We welcome students from near and far who desire to broaden their expertise and critical thinking skills to become the next generation of leaders in our society and the world. The department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis (ELPA) offers programs that focus on developing the leaders of tomorrow. ELPA offers a wide range of opportunities and programs for students to apply their knowledge in a dynamic environment. Students complete internships and residency activities aimed at targeting their individual leadership and career focus while expanding their current knowledge and understanding of the leadership field.
