Our new student officers, Solil Borthwick, Isaiah Cline, and Alex Gallagher, have been hard at work this week preparing for potential emergencies on our campus.

Today they were able to test their knowledge in mock-incidents. It may be summer, but we’re always practicing to keep our campus safe.

❗️Exciting News! NVU has partnered with the Vermont Department of Health, Walgreens, and the National Guard to host Johnson & Johnson vaccine clinics on both campuses that are open to everyone.

Lyndon Campus: Friday, May 7, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in ASAC 100
Johnson Campus: Tuesday, May 11, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the Multi Gym

Today we recognise and celebrate our student officers. All three of our students didn't just complete a full year of our Student Leadership Program, but they are all graduating in just over 3 weeks from NVU.

We wanted them to showcase their accomplishment by presenting them each with a specialised graduation cord. The Gold strain represents leadership and honor. The Navy and Silver strain represents NVU-Johnson and public service. We cannot be prouder of our graduating officers.

Next time you see Robert Dubose Jr., Diego Figueiredo, or Devin Libby, congratulate them on their hard work. And please thank them for their dedication to our campus.

Congratulations to Public Safety Student Officer Robert Dubose Jr for reaching his 1,000th career point in last night's game against NVU-Lyndon!!! Robert became the 10th NVU-Johnson Men's Basketball member to reach this milestone.

JOHNSON, Vt.- The Northern Vermont University-Johnson men's basketball team was defeated by rival NVU-Lyndon Thursday evening in the final seconds of action by a score of 87-86.
