The JJC Fine Arts Department is thrilled to present a concert of North Indian Classical Music featuring virtuosi Unmesh Banerjee (tabla) and Vinay Desai (santoor). This collaboration will highlight an engaging interplay between these traditional Indian instruments and a dynamic communication between two expert performers.

New Ableton Electronic Music Ensemble at JJC!

Ableton Live is a digital audio workstation that can control music, lighting, and video. Under the direction of music faculty member Alby Odum, the students will be learning how to compose and program using MIDI, DMX, and Videosync.

This non-musical stage adaption of S.E Hinton's novel tells the story of Ponyboy, a Greaser who's caught up in urban warfare between the have-it-made rich kids -the Socs- and his tough, underprivileged "greaser" family and friends.

Advanced CSS for Web Development (CIS 221) This course will cover topics such as CSS transitions, 3D animation with transformations, responsive images and page design, pseudo-classes, and flex/grid layouts.

Advanced Web Design (CIS 222) prepares students for job roles that include web development and design with the use of the latest in web platform technology.
