Job Opportunity
My name is Zia Bossenmeyer, and I work with Peaceful Playgrounds, a family-owned company that has partnered with schools across the country for more than 28 years to improve recess, playground safety, and physical activity. We are located in Joplin (Duquesne area).
We are looking for someone in the Missouri area who has a passion for physical education and working with schools. The position is part-time and flexible, making it an excellent opportunity for a graduate student pursuing a career in physical education, kinesiology, or education. It could also be a wonderful fit for a recently retired PE teacher who would enjoy staying involved in the profession.
The role involves presenting at education conferences (for a retired PE teacher, not grad students), supporting schools that are interested in our programs, and mostly office administration. We provide training and materials.
