Congratulations to Nutrition and Dietetics students Abby Harvey, Andrew Dasher, Derek Fischer and Natalia Yuen who baked their way to success and won first place at the Michigan Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics annual conference.

Nutrition and dietetic students baked their way to success with their research on date sugar being used as an alternative sweetener in baking.

Our students in FCS 4300 Merchandising Seminar present their final reports. Five teams evaluate external environmental factors, such as current industry and market trends, customers, and competitors, which affect a retail business. Also, they analyze retail mix strategies and discuss the future prospects of the retailers.
