The pedestrian mall construction this summer has removed the Henry lots near the Tree of Knowledge statue from the campus landscape, which was a preferred store-parking area for many, nearby the old Bernhard Center location. As we witness the reconstruction of West Michigan Avenue into a beautiful green space, we want to share the best place to park to access the bookstore. The front of the Student Center faces the other direction, with a dedicated parking lot that includes several FREE 15 minute spaces, along with a convenient kiosk to pay for longer stays. If this lot is full, there is a new parking ramp nearby that can be used as well.

All of this is off Ring Road in between Read Field House and the Gilmore Theater Complex. Turn onto the Student Center Loop when you see the new pedestrian bridge and it will bring you directly to the correct parking lot. This area is the newly completed Hilltop Construction project and is a gorgeous addition ti campus that is worth the drive to check out! Come visit!

We interrupt your National Championship celebrations to announce a bookstore Author Event!

WMU football alum Derrick Copeland will be with us in store, offering his book D.R.I.VE.: The Journey of You for three days only! Thursday, April 24 from 10AM until 4PM, Friday, April 25 with a special photo experience from 10AM until 4 PM, and on graduation day, Saturday, April 26, from 10AM until 1PM. This book is the perfect gift for graduates, made even better by a conversation with the author, who will also be offering an accompanying success kit to help you take your next steps into the world.

Books are available now and will be after the event, in case you miss us!
